Shipping

Shipping is now free worldwide! Most items will be shipped out 15-20 business days after ordering, depending on the ring style and the amount of custom work required. We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrongly provided addresses. All parcels will be sent via Fedex or DHL, which takes 1-2 days for delivery.*

Return Policy

Because of the highly customized nature of our rings, we do not accept returns for items purchased. However, if there is a problem with the ring upon receipt, notify us within 7 days, and we will address the issue. A 9% restocking fee may be charged in some cases.

How to Return for Repair

If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us and send the item back to the address below.

Exchanges

We only allow for exchanges for the same ring style if we are unable to fix or repair a defective ring. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the ring if there is a problem with it. You are responsible for the shipping costs and duties and taxes if applicable.

* Delivery times of 1-2 business days are for the following Canadian cities: Vancouver and area, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Mississauga, North York, and Scarborough. Other Canadian cities can take up to 3 business days. Shipping within the USA is typically 1 business day for major cities. International shipments will take 3-5 business days.
